"His demeanor was business like, but you could tell he was having a blast. Every song the crowd and myself sang along to the words. His piano playing during the first song was amazing he stretched way past the limits! On entering the stage, the whole place stood up clapping and screaming. His solo parts were incredible as his hands danced on the keys. In particular, the rest of the band left, and he did a complete, jazz, blues instrumental that just brought the whole place down. Phil, being the gentleman he is, even acknowledged the crowds enthusiasm after every song by waving to all sides and behind the stage to the people. At the end, he left before bringing an encore of 4 songs and took time to shake hands and sign autographs, even using a white tennis shoe that one fan gave him to sign. His concert lasted over two and a half hours long and not one person wasn't satisfied afterwards. All this from a performer who was turning 70 in a couple of days after this concert....WOW!! This was everything I thought Phil Wickham would deliver."
